I spent years working against my body, forcing it to perform and feeling both exhausted and disappointed in my lack of results. I taught Barre for years, ran and cycled but I found myself depleted and bogged down. When my body demanded respect and time for healing, I found Pilates and it felt like home. Shelley’s Workouts have not only transformed my body, but they have helped transform my relationship with my body and movement. I know now that workouts do not need to be long or miserable to be effective.I can sneak in Movement anytime and anywhere – whether I am at home between meetings or travelling. Movement is now a beautiful privilege, a way to honour my body and easy to fit into my life.
