Created by 12× certified instructor Shelley Kamil, the Rhythmic Pilates method combines years of study with multiple disciplines to create an at-home workout experience designed to help women feel stronger, leaner and more aligned through every phase of life.

As a mother of three, Shelley understands the importance of movement that not only delivers results, but also supports the nervous system and fits seamlessly into your life. Whether you have 10 minutes or 40, each class is designed to help you make the most of every movement.

Whether you are a beginner or more experienced, each session is guided with precise cues and a strong focus on form so you feel supported, safe and connected to your body every step of the way. Signature Rhythmic Pilates moves focus on engaging the core as a complete 360 unit, from the pelvic floor and deep transverse abdominals to the obliques and side body to redefine the waistline and create that corset effect.

Rebounder

The rebounder is the ultimate low impact cardio workout. If running is no longer your thing, the rebounder is your best friend. Twice as effective for cardiovascular fitness, calorie burn and fat burning than jogging, while remaining joint friendly.

It stimulates the lymphatic system, boosts circulation, aids digestion, reduces bloating and fluid retention, rejuvenating the fascial system with every bounce. It also supports bone density, making it particularly effective through perimenopause and menopause.
