There is no better than Shelley! It offers me everything I am looking for. Every class is different and exciting. I feel so strong and flexible. Even the online factor is brilliant, aside from the convenience, as Shelley notices every little movement and corrects everything so I can move perfectly. I don’t know how I would have gotten through this year without Shelley’s Pilates.
