When I started with Shelley in 2018 I was at my heaviest, weighing just under 90kg. It was a real struggle to take on the challenges of ‘mum life’. After 3 years of training with Shelley and also having her as my Health Coach, I’m back to my pre baby weight of 57kg. From a size 18 down to a size 10.
