About Shelley

I began my career in fashion working in the family retail business from 14. After a stint styling in the film industry and Designing Jewelry, I opened my own store. Fashion was in my blood. But when I fell pregnant with my first baby girl, everything changed, I wanted more than anything to be a SAHM (Stay-at-home-mum).

Though I’d always been very into health and pilates, wellness took on new meaning as a mum. I began a blog writing healthy recipes. I remember looking out the window with my baby girl in my arms 14 years ago and having a vision. It was clear to me that returning to our best selves and finding our way back to our best body, was pivotal for feeling good in our skin. And not only was it possible during motherhood, but it was instrumental.

And so began a journey to create a formula to share with women far and wide. Though I began my journey 11 years ago as an Integrative Nutrition Wellness Coach, I knew there was more to the picture and pilates was the answer. I had practiced pilates religiously for 11 years before I started teaching reformer 7 years ago (yes that’s 18 years). Since then I have completed 11 Certifications across Pilates, Barre, Fascia Fitness, Anatomy, Movement and the Rebounder.

I developed Rhythmic Pilates On Demand in 2021 just as all my private clients had pivoted to Zoom. I noticed that when women had access to their classes online, consistency went through the roof. As did results. An At Home Workout Program was the ultimate game changer. And my goal was to bring dynamic, transformative workouts to the lives and homes of as many women as possible.

3 kids later and that same dream remains in my heart today. As strong as ever. My hope is to bring each of you the most Efficient and Effective Workouts. To Create a Sacred Space in your own home, where you can Redefine Your Body and Ease Your Mind. No matter what. The ability to Recenter, Realign and Return to the Highest Version of You, Anytime, Anywhere.
