Barre

Barre combines ballet inspired movements with targeted, dynamic sequences to create length in the body, elongate, condition and tone, improving posture, balance and functional flexibility.

Pilates

Pilates strengthens the deep core, pelvic floor, improves functional flexibility, enhances posture and promotes a sense of inner peace through purposeful mindful movement for whole-body wellness. The All Star of fitness, Pilates Tones and Tightens from head to toe.
